Last updated: 22 October 2026. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Lottery Sambad (lottery.hyperexc.com, "the site", "we"). By opening or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
Lottery Sambad is an independent information service that republishes Indian state lottery results — currently Nagaland, Kerala and Sikkim — and provides related free tools (ticket checker, result chart, number history, archive) and original explanatory articles. All content is provided for general information only. The site has no user accounts, no registration and no paid features; there is nothing to buy here and no way to pay us for anything.
This site is not the official website of any lottery or government department, and it is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or connected to the Directorate of Nagaland State Lotteries, the Kerala State Lotteries Department, the Directorate of Sikkim State Lotteries, or any other government body. Names of lotteries and departments are used only to identify the draws whose results are reported. The official gazette published by a state lottery department is the sole authoritative record of a result.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. Lottery law in India is a state subject: some states run lotteries, others prohibit them, and rules differ from place to place. This site provides information only; it is your responsibility to make sure that viewing lottery information and participating in any lottery is legal where you live. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a ticket or an invitation to gamble. If your local law restricts access to lottery-related information, you should not use this site.
We take winning numbers from official announcements and verify them before publishing, and we correct pages when official corrections are issued. Even so, we do not warrant that any result, article or tool output on this site is complete, current or free of error. Draws can be delayed, postponed or corrected by the conducting department after publication. Before acting on a result — above all, before claiming a prize — verify your number against the official gazette PDF, linked from every result page. Tool outputs (including the Ticket Checker and Number History) are computed from the same published data and carry the same limitation: they help you check, they do not certify a win.
The site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors, viruses or harmful components. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice. We do not warrant that the site will be available at any particular moment — including the minutes after a draw, when traffic is at its peak, although we work hard to keep it fast and up at exactly those times.
You agree to use this site only for lawful, personal purposes. In particular, you must not:

You may link to any public page of this site from your own website, blog or social accounts, provided the link is honest about what it points to (a results reference, not an official source), does not imply our endorsement of your site or product, and is not placed in a context that is unlawful or deceptive. We may ask for a misleading link to be removed, and we reserve the right to withdraw this permission for any site that abuses it.
The articles, guides, text, layout and design of this site are our original work and are protected by copyright. You may read, share links to, and quote brief extracts of them with attribution. Winning numbers, draw names, dates and prize amounts are facts and are not owned by us. Official posters, PDFs and documents belong to the issuing departments; where they are displayed or linked here, it is solely so readers can verify results. Our DMCA page explains how to raise a copyright concern.
If you email us corrections, suggestions or feedback, you give us permission to use the substance of your suggestion (for example, fixing a number or building a requested feature) without payment or credit obligations. Please do not send us material you do not have the right to share, and never send personal documents — we do not need them and will delete them (see the Privacy Policy).
We do not sell lottery tickets, accept entries, entry fees or deposits, run draws, hold prize funds or pay prizes, and we never ask for payment or banking details for any purpose. Anyone claiming to do so in our name is a fraud — please report it via our Contact page. Equally, we cannot validate a physical ticket, confirm a win officially, or intervene in any claim; those powers belong only to the conducting department.
The site links to official department websites, official result documents and other third-party resources. We do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices. A link is a convenience, not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.
We may block or restrict access to the site (including by IP address or network) for anyone who violates these Terms, abuses the site's infrastructure, or uses the site to deceive others. Because there are no accounts, termination simply means access ends. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers and liability limits — continue to apply afterwards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its contents — including loss arising from an incorrect or delayed result, a missed claim deadline, a tool output you relied on, or reliance on any article or guide. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of your misuse of the site, content you send us, or your violation of these Terms or of any law.
We may update these Terms and any part of the site from time to time. The version published on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the version that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If a change is significant (for example, introducing accounts or payments), the affected pages and policies will be updated before or at the same time.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us about the use of this site; they do not create any partnership, agency or employment relationship. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a transfer of the site. Notices to us should be sent through the Contact page. The English text of these Terms governs over any translation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this site will first be addressed through good-faith discussion via the Contact page; failing resolution, it is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

We do not offer a public API, data feed or bulk download of results, and automated collection of our pages beyond ordinary personal browsing is covered by the acceptable-use rules in section 6. Winning numbers themselves are facts: if you obtain them and republish them, you are responsible for your own publication, its accuracy and its compliance with law — including the obligation not to present unofficial data as official. Journalists and researchers may quote results and figures from this site with attribution, in the same way as any published source, but should verify claim-relevant numbers against the official gazette like everyone else.
If you believe any content on this site is wrong, misleading or unlawful, please tell us before anything else: write through the Contact page identifying the page, the content and the problem. Factual errors are corrected on confirmation, normally the same day; result errors are treated as urgent and are re-checked against the official source immediately. Copyright complaints follow the dedicated process on the DMCA page, which produces a faster and more complete response than a general message. We read every genuine complaint; abusive or automated mass complaints may be deprioritised but are not ignored where they identify a real page and a real problem.
We are not responsible for failure to provide the site or any part of it where that failure results from events beyond our reasonable control — including hosting or network outages, failures of official source websites, government orders, natural events, or disruptions to the draws themselves by the conducting departments. Results delayed by an official source are published when the source publishes; a draw that a department postpones or cancels is reported as such, and earlier announcements by us about it stand corrected.
Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. "Including" means "including without limitation". References to a state lottery department include any successor body that takes over its functions. If a court reads down any provision to the extent needed to make it enforceable, that reading is preferred over striking the provision out entirely.
Every page, result and tool on this site is free of charge, and there is no premium tier, subscription or paywall. If paid features were ever introduced in the future — which is not planned — they would be separate, clearly priced, entirely optional additions, the free results service would remain free, and these Terms and the Privacy Policy would be updated before any such feature launched. No reader will ever be charged retrospectively for use of the site, and no payment details are collected today under any circumstances: a page asking for money in our name is not ours.
These Terms are between you and us. They do not create rights for any third party — including lottery departments, advertisers or other readers — and no third party may enforce them on your behalf or on ours. References in these Terms to departments and their documents are descriptive only: they identify the official sources readers should rely on, and nothing here makes a department a party to your agreement with us or makes us an agent of any department.
