Lottery Sambad

Disclaimer

Last updated: 22 October 2026. Please read this Disclaimer together with our Terms of Use. It explains the limits of what Lottery Sambad (lottery.hyperexc.com) is and does, and what its contents should — and should not — be relied on for.

1. Independent and unofficial

Lottery Sambad is an independent information service run by private individuals. It is not the official website of any lottery, and it is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by the Directorate of Nagaland State Lotteries, the Kerala State Lotteries Department, the Directorate of Sikkim State Lotteries, the Government of India, or any state government. Any resemblance of names is purely for identifying the draws being reported. If you need an official source, the conducting department's own website and gazette are the only official channels.

2. Information only; no professional advice

Everything on this site — results, charts, histories, articles and guides — is general information published for convenience. It is not financial, legal, tax or any other kind of professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy a lottery ticket or to spend any amount of money. Our claim guides explain procedures in general terms as they are publicly documented; your own case may differ, and for anything consequential you should rely on the department's official instructions or take professional advice. Decisions you make based on information here are your own.

3. Accuracy and timeliness

Winning numbers are collected from official announcements and checked before publication, and results are normally updated within minutes of each draw. Nevertheless:

We correct errors as soon as they are confirmed. You can report a suspected error through the Contact page — please include the draw's state, date and time.

4. The official gazette prevails

For prize claims, the only document that counts is the official gazette/result published by the state lottery department that conducted the draw. If anything on this site differs from the official publication, the official publication is correct and this site is wrong. Always verify a winning ticket against the official PDF (linked on every result page) and complete your claim within the department's deadline — generally 30 days from the draw — keeping your original ticket safe and signed on the back. Screenshots of this site, printouts of our pages and messages forwarded from anywhere are not evidence of a win for claim purposes.

5. Result posters and images

Result pages show an official poster or a result image for convenience and quick visual confirmation. Posters are issued by the departments (or reproduced from their published documents) and are provided exactly as issued; if a poster and the official PDF ever disagree, the PDF prevails. Images may load a few minutes after the text result, and a missing or outdated image does not change the status of the published numbers.

6. Bumper draws and advertised prizes

Festival and bumper draws (such as the Dear Puja Bumper or Sikkim's Ganesh Chaturthi and X-mas bumpers) are announced separately by their departments and distributors, sometimes before a complete official prize table is published. Where we report a bumper's date, ticket price or top prize ahead of the draw, the figures are as announced in those public notices and are marked as such; they are confirmed or corrected once the official draw document appears. A headline first prize (for example, "₹3 Crore") refers to that single top prize before any applicable taxes and deductions, which are governed by law and by the department's rules — not by this site.

7. No sales, no gambling service, no prizes

We do not sell tickets, take entries or bets, accept money, conduct draws or pay prizes, and no transaction of any kind takes place on this site. We are a results noticeboard, nothing more. Beware of any person or website using our name to collect money or "release" a prize — that is fraud. We do not operate agents, counters, franchises or helplines that handle tickets or cash, and nobody is authorised to do so in our name.

8. No predictions or guarantees

Every lottery draw is a random event; past results do not influence future ones. Number histories and charts on this site describe the past only. A number that has won often is not "due" or "hot" in any sense that changes its chance in the next draw, and our pages say so wherever statistics are shown. We do not offer, endorse or advertise predictions, "lucky number" services, tipsters or guaranteed-win claims, and any third party doing so in our name is misrepresenting us.

9. Legality where you live

Lotteries in India are regulated state by state under the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998 and state rules. Some states conduct lotteries; others prohibit their sale, and related laws can restrict participation or even related information. This site merely publishes information and does not direct it at residents of any state where such information or participation is restricted. It is your responsibility to know and follow the law of the place where you are, and if you are in doubt, do not participate.

10. Views in articles and guides

Our articles explain publicly documented facts and procedures — prize tiers, claim steps, schedules, comparisons between lotteries. Where an article expresses an assessment (for example, which lottery offers better lower-tier odds), that is editorial opinion based on the published prize structures, offered for general interest. Prize structures change from time to time; the structure printed for your specific draw by its department overrides anything in our guides.

11. External links and documents

Links to official department websites, gazette PDFs and result posters are provided for verification. Those materials belong to their issuers; we are not responsible for their content, availability or any change made to them after linking. If an official link is broken, the document usually remains available from the department directly.

12. Availability and technical issues

We aim to keep the site available around the clock, especially in the minutes around each draw, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting failures, network problems and traffic spikes can make pages temporarily unavailable or slow. A period of unavailability does not create any claim against us, and results remain verifiable from official sources at all times.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage — including a lost prize, a missed deadline, travel or expenses, or any financial decision — arising from the use of, or reliance on, anything published on this site, or from the site being unavailable. Use of this site is at your own risk. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Responsible play

Lottery is a game of chance for adults (18+). Play, if at all, only for entertainment and only with money you can afford to lose entirely. No strategy, pattern, ritual or purchase volume changes the odds in your favour. If playing stops being fun, stop — and be wary of anyone who suggests borrowing money or "recovering losses" through more tickets.

15. Changes to this Disclaimer

We may revise this Disclaimer at any time; the current version is the one published on this page with its date above. Changes take effect from publication and do not apply retroactively to results already published, except that corrections to results themselves always follow the official record.

16. Three examples of how this applies

Example 1 — a typo here, a correct gazette. A tier list on this site once shows your last four digits, but the official PDF does not. The PDF is right; you have not won that tier. This is exactly why every result page links the official document and why we ask you to cross-check before celebrating or travelling to claim.
Example 2 — an official correction after publication. A department publishes a result, we mirror it, and the department later issues a corrected list. Our page is updated to the correction and the correction governs, even if a screenshot of our earlier page is circulating in messages.
Example 3 — a deadline missed. A reader finds a winning number on this site after the claim period has expired. The department's deadline is absolute and our pages cannot extend it; we publish claim-deadline information in our guides precisely so this does not happen, but the responsibility to claim in time rests with the ticket holder.

17. Taxes on winnings

Lottery winnings in India are taxable income. Under the Income-tax Act, tax is generally deducted at source on larger prizes before payment (the well-known provision is Section 194B, applied to winnings above the threshold in force), and winners remain responsible for declaring winnings correctly in their own tax filings. Rates, thresholds and rules change with budgets and notifications; this site does not provide tax advice, and the figures shown here are gross prize amounts before any deduction. Consult the department's claim documentation or a tax professional for your situation.

18. Copies of this site elsewhere

Content from this site is sometimes copied, screenshotted or forwarded into messaging apps and other websites, occasionally with errors introduced or context removed. Only the pages on lottery.hyperexc.com are ours; a forwarded image or a copied table — even one that looks like us — is not something we control or stand behind, and claim decisions should never rest on it. If you find a copy presenting itself as this site, or as an official source, you may report it through the Contact page.

19. Severability

If any part of this Disclaimer is held unenforceable in a particular situation, the remainder continues to apply, and the unenforceable part is to be read as narrowly as necessary. This Disclaimer is to be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; if there is ever a conflict between a short-form disclaimer shown on a result page and this page, this page states our position in full.

20. State-wise notes

Nagaland. With three draws a day and weekly names that repeat every seven days, the commonest reader mistake is checking the right name on the wrong date or in the wrong slot. Every Nagaland card on this site shows the date and draw number beside the name for exactly this reason; if a name matches but the date does not, it is a different draw.
Kerala. The draw is held at 3 PM, but the complete official result — every tier, including the last-four-digits lists — typically appears later in the afternoon. A Kerala page showing a first prize early is not yet the full result, and our pages are completed when the official full list appears; do not conclude a ticket has lost from a partial list.
Sikkim. The Dear 6 PM draw is reported for both Sikkim and Nagaland audiences and appears on both state pages with the same numbers; Labhlaxmi is Sikkim-only. Sikkim bumper pages rely on the department's published documents in the same way as daily draws, with older bumpers kept in the archive for reference.

21. Questions about this Disclaimer

If any part of this Disclaimer is unclear, or you believe a page on this site states something that conflicts with it, tell us through the Contact page and we will either explain or fix it. A disclaimer that readers cannot understand fails at its only job.

22. The one-sentence version

If you remember nothing else from this page, remember this: we publish results carefully and quickly, but we are a noticeboard, not the lottery — the department's gazette is the only proof of a win, the department is the only place that pays, and the deadline printed by the department is the only deadline that matters. Everything above exists to make sure nobody loses money, a prize or a day's travel by treating this site as more than it is.
